These are machines I know to be powered up and logged in. The screenshot above was taken of a machine that is on, right now, 20 feet from where I'm sitting. I worked on this machine for a couple hours, rebooted after a windows update, and now it refuses to reconnect. VERY difficult in the middle of a remote support sesh.
This is happening to over 40 systems across 18 clients/networks. When this connecting/disconnecting issue is happening, you cannot connect to the system through the ScreenConnect Control web console.
