I'm actually bullish on RRECS, or at least the idea of RRECS. The current eval system, basing years of pay off a 2 week sampling window, is just bad math. But RRECS as it exists today has problems: Some of the standards are simply unachievable, the system lacks transparency, there is no method to verify/dispute the data collected, etc.

So expect it to be more or less a wash. There is a field in RRECS for "Perform fixed accountable cage activities." I don't know what an "accountable cage" is. I've never been at a PO that has one.Rrecs already failed. It was supposed to be implemented 6 years ago. The first pilot test was a joke and the current one is a joke too.
