The part doesn’t matter as much as your commitment to training full time and finish in a “reasonable” amount of time. You can go full time to a part 61 and design your own “accelerated program”. 141 and 61 gives you the exact same certificate at the end of the day. I was trained part 61 and finished 7 ratings in 12.5 months.
