At 11th level, the Horizon Walker Ranger gets the Distant Strike feature, which states: At 11th level, you gain the ability to pass between the planes in the blink of an eye. When you take the Attack action, you can teleport up to 10 feet before each attack to an unoccupied space you can see.
The Horizon Walker in a way, the camera pans back and it's about the whole multiverse. This is a Ranger who's, in a way, their natural environment is the whole cosmos and they're drawing on its magic and in the process, they're able to teleport around.

Strength based horizon walker is a very fun character. Being able to get reach with a polearm (if you aren't interested in a DEX whip build) is useful to be able to make the most out of Distant Strikes.
