Priced at around $1,000, the SX4 is $200 less than its predecessor, the X3. It offers a sleeker profile and lower recoil compared to other shotguns in its price range, such as the Beretta A300 Outlander and the Franchi Affinity. So, for its ability as a whole, I think it has excellent ROI and is priced extremely well.
In my opinion, while the Affinity is a good gun, the Benelli M2 is a better gun. The stock on the Affinity feels like cheap plastic to me. The grip-tight stock on the M2 is much better for duck hunting. As you said, you have an itch for a Benelli.

The Stoeger is basically a lesser quality version of the Affinity, both of which are made under the Beretta/Benelli umbrella.
