I received a letter from the IRS stating I need to verify my identity within 30 days of receiving the notification letter to complete processing my taxes. I have all the relevant documents it requests but I can’t get through to the IRS via the number on the letter. It’ll hang up on me after it says there’s too high volume of calls.
